Used textbook buying question. Wrong version...?

ok so I ordered a used textbook for one of my college classes through half.com. I used the ISBN to search and the picture of the book came up with a bunch of used ones for sale. So I chose one which was priced the lower and the description of quality was good. It arrived to my house and it is the international version. It was a different cover and everything and I did not want the international version (if i did, I could get it on another website for a third of the price)... I contacted the seller and he said it was stated that it was this version (which it wasnt!). It only had (softcover) next to description but I didn't think anything of it. I paid over $90 for this book and I want it back. So I just want to know if I would be wasting my time by filing a claim? I feel like this is wrong, I could have bought it for $35 if I wanted this version.|||File a claim. If the original description isn't posted on the website still, they would still have a copy of the original description available to investigate who is telling the truth.
