As for the first two, those extracts are not from a home economics textbook(as both incorrectly state), they are from 'Fascinating Womanhood' by Helen Andelin, which was published in 1965, and is still in print. it is a book about how to get your husband to fall madly in love with you.|||The Nazis published a handbook for newly married couples in the mid 1930s, outlining how to be a good husband/wife/couple (at least,in National Socialist,German terms).It was, unsurprisingly, a bestseller.Although not specifically aimed at just husbands, it's the closest I'm aware of,as it does contain specific information on how to be a 'good' husband.
