This is confusing...help any one?

Ok so there is a book i need for school, my instructor gave us an ISBN that I enter online and it gives me two different books, same book and author but different publication dates.

my instructor says she wants the 2007 edition.....but is it possible they both have the same ISBN? the 2007 says it's the 1st edition, if so, what is there an older version?|||It looks like the one on B%26amp;N is the 2007 version, as the other one has a copyright date of 2005. Go with the one with the CD rom. That's probably why your teacher said to use the 2007 version.|||I would ask the instructor to be sure. |||It's the same exact book so yes, of course they have the same ISBN :)
