ok, I have spent the last 12 hours trying to decipher all of these isbn#s on all the used text book websites, and Im so confused. Im a single mom, and trying to save a buck. For 2 classes this summer, my books are going to be around 300.00, if I order from one of the discount websites, it will only be 100.00, but everytime i do a search with the isbn# i need, the photos of the books coming up look correct, and the author is correct, but then i check the description, and another isbn number is listed. Why does this happen????? help please! THANKS.|||Another ISBN number is listed because it could be a international version. Another time, it is because it is just another ISBN listed. A book can have 2 ISBN numbers listed. One is the 10-digits number and the other one is 13-digits numbers.
Usually, if it a international version - the seller will say it.
