My brother found an edition of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone I have yet to see.
It has no dust jacket, and the copyright page seems incomplete.
It has no numbers telling the printing information. Just the copyright dates and publishing information, the disclaimer and Scholastic addresses, and the ISBN with below it printed "Printed int he U.S.A.".
The cover is hardcover, and completely red. There is no number indicating that it is the first book on the spine. The words "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" printed in gold, none of these letters are in the font used on any of the other Hardcover editions we own. It is also 8.5in tall; much smaller than the other books.
Any help would be AWESOME, as we can't find any information on this edition despite constant searching.
Thank you!|||Does it really matter? If it is printed in the USA and is Sorcerer's stone and not the Alchemist stone then just check dates when Scholastic first printed the sorcerer's stone in the USA. \
